Welcome to Monark Mercantile's shipping policy. We take pride in carefully packaging and swiftly shipping your orders. Our shipping methods are reliable and cost-effective, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition. Currently we are using Canada post and ship Canada wide.

Returns

Our aim is to build trust and ensure that you can shop with confidence. Please review the full item description and measurements before purchasing as All Sales Are FINAL.
Sizing
Every item has measurements listed in the description.
Bust is measured laying flat from pit to pit (only the front is measured)
Back Length is measured from nape of neck down to bottom of the back of the garment.
Front Length is measured from front collar to bottom front of garment.
Sleeve Length is measured from shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve cuff. (Most garments fit oversized, keep in mind the sleeve length may fall lower on hand than the measurement listed but can easily be folded up to a cuff!
Care and Laundering
Our heirloom quality garments are created from 20 to 100 year old quilts, fabrics and textiles. Keeping this in mind I do my best to mend and reinforce each garment, they will still require gentle laundering. Spot wash and lay flat to dry. Wool must not be machine washed or dried!
